A local Tarpon Springs home owner called us out to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing. We arrived and performed a manual cleanout and 25+ foot snake of the toilet drain out. After that failed to unclog the pipe, we had to use our drain cleaning machine which was setup outside and connected through the cleanout behind the home. After 15 minutes using the drain cleaning machine and pulling out a lot of toilet paper, we started getting root material. After roots stopped coming out and the pipe was clear, he decided to perform a video inspection of the sewer line. A large crack was found on the pipe that was filled with cut root. The home owner was informed of the finding and the sewer line was tested successfully.
