Important: It is possible that recently you may have noticed a major increase in your energy or even your water bills? Maybe it’s a small increase but it seems strange anyway? Have you noticed that your hot water heater is not heating the water as quickly as it used to? Is it not keeping the water hot for a long enough time, or are you waiting forever for the water to heat up for dishes, a shower or bath? Maybe the water is even getting colder in half the time it used to.

Safety Harbor Drain Cleaning

As you can tell from our name Drain Doctors, we are experts in drain cleaning and drain repair. Most people think of drain cleaning as just a sink or shower, but your plumbing drain system is complex and when something isn't working correctly, chaos can ensue. The most common drain problems that occur are slow draining sinks, slow draining showers, toilets that don't flush correctly and sewage or waste water coming up in the sink or shower just to name a few. We can come to your location and clear out your drains, sewer main line, underground pipes and plumbing pipes under your concrete slab. If the pipe is damaged, cleaning it out might just be a temporary solution. If that is the case we can inspect your pipes to let you know exactly what needs to be done for a permanent fix.

Safety Harbor Pipelining - Repiping

Pipelining is one of the most common techniques used today to repair or replace an underground PVC, iron, steel, concrete or clay pipe without having to excavate. We use Perma Liner products which are guaranteed to last at least 50 years, making it a permanent solution instead of just a patch. The installation is fast and very clean. The average repiping or relining job takes less than 1 day. Using this method of pipe repair saves your property from digging up your floor, driveway, street and other expensive parts of your property. We offer repiping to home and business owners throughout all of Safety Harbor and Pinellas County.

Recent Safety Harbor Plumbing Job

Customer Name: Bridget Walsh
Plumbing Problem: Sewer pipe cracked
Location: Safety Harbor, Florida

We received a call from a local property owner in Safety Harbor, FL that needed a sewer line re piped. They had another plumbing company come out and they where told that the pipe had to be dug up to be replaced, which would require the driveway to be torn up, which wasn't an option. Our pipelining expert arrived and performed a full video inspection of the sewer line and found major damage that occurred due to a large tree that was about 10 feet from the driveway. We recommended using CIPP (Pipelining) to repair the existing pipe. Using pipelining to fix the damaged pipe would allow the home owner to get her problem fixed permanently, and keep her driveway intact. The liner will also keep future roots out and create a seamless section of new pipe that will last at least 50 years.
