Dispatch received a call from a Pinellas Park home owner that was frantic because of a leaking water heater. The owner couldn't turn off the water because the knob was rusted. We sent out an emergency call and had a plumber on location in less than 1 hour. Upon arrival the water main was shut off so the situation could be assessed without flooding the house.
