Customer Name: Mitch Baker
Plumbing Problem: Drain stoppage
Location: Clearwater, Florida

The most common type of repair we fix is drain stoppages, usually in the bathroom and usually the toilet. We dispatched a plumber to a new Clearwater customer that complained that the toilet get clogged even when the toilet is empty. When our plumber arrived he attempted to clean out the toilet drain line manually (commercial plunger). When that didn't work the next step was to snake the toilet to look for foreign objects or a clog close to the toilet. Soon after inserting the snake a blockage was hit and pulled out, a child's sock was pulled out along with large clumps of toilet paper.
